A Little About John…
John C. A. Manley was born in Toronto, Canada but spent most his childhood trapped in the suburbs of nearby Brampton.
After completing high school he moved to a yoga ashram in the mountains of Southern California, where he began his spiritual path of Kriya Yoga with Self-Realization Fellowship.
Three years later he moved to Florence, Italy to study fine art drawing for two years.
After slaving away in the basement of restaurants, drawing dog portraits for nothing and crunching numbers as a freelance bookkeeper… five years ago John found a happy career writing promotional material for businesses. He currently works for Survival Joe — a urban survival and family preparedness publishing company found at www.survivalJoe.net.
Via MetaphysicalSF John is pursuing his dream of writing metaphysical speculative fiction.
He currently lives in the Shakespeare capital of Canada, Stratford, Ontario, with his wife Nicole, son Jonah, and two cats, Astral and Arjuna. They have plans to relocate to Southern Ecuador in the near future.
